About me
Brian leads Strategy for GE HealthCare, responsible for accelerating GE HealthCare’s strategic goals and leading the business development function.
Immediately prior to his appointment, Brian was the acting Chief Financial Officer of GE HealthCare from June 2020 after serving as the Head of FP&A and CFO of the HealthCare Systems segment since January 2016.
Brian joined GE HealthCare in 2009 as the FP&A Leader for the Life Sciences segment. Relocating in 2012 to Sweden, he then served as CFO of the Bioprocess division, a leading provider of products, services and solutions to the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. He went on to lead the acquisition and integration of several business units into Life Sciences, followed by serving as the CEO of Clarient Diagnostics, where he led a turnaround and navigated a complex divestiture.
He first came to GE in 2002 on the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE Aviation. He continued in roles of increasing responsibility within the Corporate Audit Staff between 2005 and 2009.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and continues to serve on several alumni advisory boards.
